ABOUT US
PAST...The fun all started in October 1968 when Tom Sr. became an owner-operator with the purchase of a 1963 Peterbilt log truck. Tom Sr. operated with one truck for almost 20 years, with his wife Marlene doing all of the bookwork for the company. In May of 1987, Tom Jr. officially started full time driving dump trucks with dad. Mom still continued to keep the books, while Tom Sr. and Tom Jr. drove and maintained their own trucks.
PRESENT...
Through the years, T.E.Walrath Trucking, Inc. has grown to 73 employees
ranging from office staff to drivers, operators and mechanics.
The help of great employees has allowed the opportunity to add
trucks, screening plants, blending equipment and various
loaders to provide quality products and service to our customers.
FUTURE...
T.E.Walrath Trucking, Inc. has the desire to continue with the
small family business customs, striving for continual customer
satisfaction and close family style relationships with our employees.
The future may still require change with the times, but there
are some things we believe that should remain the same...one
of which is Mom's homemade cookin' on bake days for the employees!
